For I am ruined,<br \/>\nBecause I am a man of [ceremonially] unclean lips,<br \/>\nAnd I live among a people of unclean lips;<br \/>\nFor my eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Isaiah 6 (AMP)<br \/>\n6 Then one of the seraphim flew to me with a burning coal in his hand, which he had taken from the altar with tongs.<br \/>\n7 He touched my mouth with it and said, \u201cListen carefully, this has touched your lips; your wickedness [your sin, your injustice, your wrongdoing] is taken away and your sin atoned for and forgiven.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Isaiah 6 (AMP)<br \/>\n8 Then I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, \u201cWhom shall I send, and who will go for Us?\u201d Then I said, \u201cHere am I. Send me!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Isaiah 6 (AMP)<br \/>\n9 And He said, \u201cGo, and tell this people:<br \/>\n\u2018Keep on listening, but do not understand;<br \/>\nKeep on looking, but do not comprehend.\u2019<br \/>\n10<br \/>\n\u201cMake the heart of this people insensitive,<br \/>\nTheir ears dull,<br \/>\nAnd their eyes dim,<br \/>\nOtherwise they might see with their eyes,<br \/>\nHear with their ears,<br \/>\nUnderstand with their hearts,<br \/>\nAnd return and be healed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>11 Then I said, \u201cLord, how long?\u201d And He answered,<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUntil cities are devastated and without inhabitant,<br \/>\nAnd houses are without people<br \/>\nAnd the land is utterly desolate,<br \/>\n12<br \/>\nThe Lord has removed [His] people far away,<br \/>\nAnd there are many deserted places in the midst of the land.<br \/>\n13<br \/>\n\u201cAnd though a tenth [of the people] remain in the land,<br \/>\nIt will again be subject to destruction [consumed and burned],<br \/>\nLike a massive terebinth tree or like an oak<br \/>\nWhose stump remains when it is chopped down.<br \/>\nThe holy seed [the elect remnant] is its stump [the substance of Israel].\u201d<\/p>\n<p>John 12:41 (AMP)<br \/>\nIsaiah said these things because he saw His glory and spoke about Him.<\/p>\n<p>Matthew 13:14-15 ( NASB)<br \/>\n14 And in their case the prophecy of Isaiah is being fulfilled, which says,<br \/>\n\u2018You shall keep on listening, but shall not understand;<br \/>\nAnd you shall keep on looking, but shall not perceive;<br \/>\n15 For the heart of this people has become dull,<br \/>\nWith their ears they scarcely hear,<br \/>\nAnd they have closed their eyes,<br \/>\nOtherwise they might see with their eyes,<br \/>\nHear with their ears,<br \/>\nUnderstand with their heart, and return,<br \/>\nAnd I would heal them.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Luke 8:10 (NKJV)<br \/>\nAnd He said, \u201cTo you it has been given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God,<br \/>\nbut to the rest it is given in parables, that<br \/>\n\u2018Seeing they may not see,<br \/>\nAnd hearing they may not understand.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>John 12:40(NKJV)<br \/>\nNew King James Version<br \/>\n\u201cHe has blinded their eyes and hardened their hearts,<br \/>\nLest they should see with their eyes,<br \/>\nLest they should understand with their hearts and turn,<br \/>\nSo that
