Five years after The Lego Movie, the franchise is again for one more dose of superior. And whereas it doesn’t fairly ship the giddy explosion of enthusiasm and creative humour from its predecessor, The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part is still a colourful, dynamic, eye-popping adventure that’s unrestrainedly bonkers.

ซีรี่ย์จีนพากย์ไทย picks up 5 years after the occasions of the original, and finds Master Builder Emmet Brickowoski (Chris Pratt) attempting to save his pals in a Bricksburg that has been reworked right into a Mad Max-style wasteland. This time, the invaders are made of Duplo monsters full with cyborgs and sewer babies, and the battle to defeat them will take Emmet, Lucy and their friends to faraway, unexplored worlds that take a look at their braveness, creativity and Master Building abilities.

Original director Phil Lord and screenwriter Chris Miller have crafted a wise, enjoyable script with boatloads of wholesome household morals. They’re geniuses at setup and payoff, finding clever ways to tuck in hints that later pop up with big emotional drive. They’re also wry observers of the absurdities and simplicities of up to date life, and this sequel is no exception.

In this film, the push-pull between Finn’s hyper-serious, “the proper approach to do Lego” approach and Bianca’s freewheeling, extra creative type is an ideal metaphor for a typical household struggle. The movie doesn’t shy away from the truth that it’s a story about gender and sexuality, with the ladies Lego characters, including Bianca, Queen Watevra Wa-Nabi and Sweet Mayhem, having larger and deeper arcs than Finn and Emmet.

Like the first film, The Lego Movie 2 is a feast for the eyes, with richly-detailed animation that’s as eye-catching as it’s playful. The characters are plausible and charming, with Pratt and Banks showing a knack for light-touch comedy appearing. But the supporting forged is what really shines, with Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum as Batman and Superman including a comic foil to the mischief.

The film’s soundtrack can additionally be fantastic, with a catchy array of songs that completely match the movie’s tone. And, in fact, there are plenty of licensed elements that will delight followers of Star Wars, DC Comics and more.

While the film’s course is fine, it’s onerous to get as engrossed within the story as its predecessor. Perhaps it’s as a result of the novelty has worn off, however I couldn’t fairly interact with The Lego Movie 2. The writing is sharp and intelligent, and the movie has lots of heart, but it’s simply not as much enjoyable as the original.

The Lego Movie 2 isn’t as magical or ingenious as the unique, but it’s still an excellent ride thanks to its proficient forged, dazzling visuals and catchy songs. It’s a worthy successor to the franchise, and I suppose it’ll be successful with youngsters and adults alike..
